Exclamation how to stop message about cpu frequency scaling


My processor does not have cpu frequency scaling, so how can I get this message to stop displaying every time I start gnome?

Probably remove whatever Gnome panel applet deals with frequency scaling.

Turn off the cpufreq service. Services should be somewhere under System > Administration if you are using Gnome.
