Try adding "echo 1024 > /proc/sys/dev/rtc/max-user-freq" to your system startupscripts.
Setting up LIRC support...
mplayer: could not connect to socket
mplayer: Permission denied
Failed to open LIRC support.
You will not be able to use your remote control.
[skin] file ( /usr/local/share/mplayer/Skin/default/skin ) not found.
Skin not found (default).

Mplayer without GUI works properly... where should i add "echo 1024 > /proc/sys/dev/rtc/max-user-freq" ? can someone help me pls??

In your ~/.mplayer directory, create a subdirectory called Skin. In that dir, create a symbolic link called "default" to the skin you want to use (or rather the directory containing the unpacked skin). Or, create a symbolic link /usr/local/share/mplayer/Skin/default pointing to the directory containing your skin.
