Question How to Recover GRUB!!!


can anybody help me the step by step procedure to recover the GRUB loader..
I am using UBUNTU-7.0 and Win XP both installed on the same disk in different partitions.
Actual problem is This:
*Recently there was a problem in my Win XP system,a virus deleted COnfig.sys file so i formatted the windows drive and installed the fresh XP System on the windows Partition.
*But when i rebooted after the completion of the installation There was no booting from GRUB loader ,so i was unable to recover the The GRUB loader from the partition.
* Please help me Curb out from this problem.

And what's with the font-size? Are you near blind? If so, use
the default font on the site and adjust your browser.
