how to make the RAID

Hai ,

In array A, I created 5 logical drives.
In array B, I created 5 logical drives.

& I fix the drives as /dev/sda ...to... /dev/sdj

& make the primary partation with each partation id as fd

for RaID confi'n...
Now I have to make RAID /dev/sda to /dev/sdf
......./dev/sde to /dev/sdj

pl tell me the command to make the RAID.

I assume you are making an md-raid (software)

hai,

I installed 2 storage.

& created the logical drives using RAID5 strip size of 8kb
Using fdisk make each primary partation id as fd RAID

But when I restart my server array B is ( with one more storage )

is not appearing

using hp_rescan -t I will get the drives But it is creating me to make software raid.

kindly suggest me how to mount is permanently Its giving lot of prob & lot time to complete mirror.
