Question how to install wlan driver


hi
total newbie needs help.
ive setup a wireless card in my computer to connect me to my router. It uses the rtl8180 chipset and it works ok in windows. I installed Ubuntu and downloaded linux drivers for that wlan, but i cant figure out how to install them.
any help from you seasoned veterans would be appreciated

Which drivers are you tying to install? Normally there will be a readme file or install file in the package you downloaded.
