Have you tried looking in /var/log/messages and through your dmesg output for any possibles errors and messages?

Here are the messages in /var/log/messages for Nov 10th 2011:
Code:

...
Here I can't find out any information about the crash which happened on 15:05 and 16:06. What I see is the retsart on 20:46:08.

And I can't find out the reason for reboot. At the beginning I thought the reboot is caused by crash. But as I looked carefully I found from crash to reboot there several hours. It seems the crash is not the reason for reboot.
