How to create a user which can only access to Asterisk

I need to know if there's a way to create a user so that as soon as he enters his username and his password he is directed to the Asterisk CLI

I've never used asterisk, and don't know whether it allows
you to shell out into an ordinary shell, but you could just
make that CLI program his login-shell in /etc/passwd.

Cheers,
