How edit few files simultaneously in emacs

i have got and www page and need make change in few files, for example added item to menu. Open One file after another not fine, beacose This process takes a long time and easy to make a mistake.

How make change once and aply it in few files simultaneously.

ALTERNATE SUGGESTION:
If the "search pattern" in your files is regular enough, perhaps the easier solution might be to run "sed" or "awk" in a script that loops through your files.
