I got the following message

ln: creating symbolic link `./libjavaplugin_oji.so' to `/usr/java/jre1.6.0_03/plugin/i386/ns7/libjavaplugin_oji.so': File exists

Does it mean that I have to remove the link between the old version java and firefox before I could link the new version to firefox ???

How could it be done ?
Thank you !

That's what I would do. Delete the old link first.

As root, rm usr/java/jre1.6.0_03/plugin/i386/ns7/libjavaplugin_oji.so
