I want to apply the ck3 patch to my 2.6.9 source. How would I do that?

man patch -- more specifically, copy the bzipped patch to your kernel source directory and then do bzcat <patch file> | patch -p0 (it may be -p1, I can't remember -- if -p0 fails, try -p1).
