Help desk / technical support / Customer support Software


Anybody now of a OpenSource Help Desk / Technical Support / Customer support softwaer package out their. We have used Vantive in the past, but they were bought by PeoplSoft.. and the software is moving to more of an over all package. I have been given the task of finding and sugeting a replacement.. and I love Linux.. sot this is the first place I am looking...
