Having Problems running Phun in Xubuntu.

I have been fiddling around with Phun (The physics game) in xubuntu but I just can't get it to run.

After installing all the required dependencies and trying to run the program I run into this little issue,

22:06:18: -- Warning: Exception thrown: Couldn't set video mode, SDL-error: Couldn't find matching GLX visual from /home/linde/work/phun32/Source/core/Subsystem.cpp:322: void core::Subsystem::CreateWindow(core::WindowParams)
22:06:18: -- Warning: Caught exception: Couldn't set video mode, SDL-error: Couldn't find matching GLX visual, /home/linde/work/phun32/Source/core/Main.cpp:295: int main(int, char**)
22:06:18: !! ERROR: Exception caught in main: Couldn't set video mode, SDL-error: Couldn't find matching GLX visual
22:06:18: !! ERROR: Exception caught: Couldn't set video mode, SDL-error: Couldn't find matching GLX visual

--------------------------------------------------------------------

I have read around and there are a LOT of people having this issue but I have a 128 MB Video Card fully capable of running this game.

"glxinfo | grep direct"

Says Direct Rendering: Yes

Some people said I needed to change my resolution but the issue here is the monitor I am using ONLY supports 1024x768 60HZ and will crap out with any other resolution.

That and there is no Xorg.conf for some very strange reason.

Is there something I am missing???

Is there a way to get Phun to run in a window instead of fullscreen???

If you have problems running the program, follow these steps:
- Download the latest graphics drivers for your computer
- Set your monitor bit depth to 32-bits (or set Phun to 16 bit by adding "System.depth = 16;" to config.cfg, see below)
- Disable any secondary monitors

Try Phun again, if no success, try these things:
- Erase the contents of config.cfg (or create an empty config.cfg if none exists, in the same folder as autoexec.cfg).
- Try setting different resolutions on your monitor
- Try setting these config variables (again, at the end of config.cfg) to different things:
System.fullscreen = true; // or try false
System.resolution = [1024, 768]; // or your default resolution
System.vSync = false;
