Have you used Sibelius music software?

This may be a shot in the dark, but if anyone out there has tried the music

composing software "Sibelius",
(you compose on sheet music with this one)

would you know if there are any open source linux equivalents?
Firstly, sibelius costs £800,
and secondly, I'd like to be able to use something on linux!
