Hard Drive Diagnostic Software

Hello, I am looking for diagnostic software that has the following features.

Can test multiple hard drives at once.
Can be automated.
Bootable.
Can test USB hard drives.

Does anyone know any software with these features?

I use gnome-disk-utility for disk scans, but I don't know if it's multi scan capable.

You can use SMART on various Terminals if you wish.
