GUI Based Remote Access

Hello,
I am trying to implement GUI based remote access from Windows to Red Hat 9 running GNOME desktop.

I have tried VNCServer, but it remotes you into a second Xwindows environment. I want to be able to be on a Windows machine, and remote into a users current GNOME session for the sake of providing tech support. If there is a third party open source app that is compatible with PcAnywhere, that would be cool too.

Any insight would be appreciated.

I think TightVNC can run on windows and connect to linux machines.... (I use it right now the other way but there is a viewer too).

Check out tightVNC.com and see if it helps you.
