GUI based package-manager installation on console based linux

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if someone can please point me into right direction in regards to this problem. Actually, I am trying to install Virtual machine on one the computers. It has console based Red Hat Linux in it. Now the problem is that when I try to download any package it has awful lot of dependencies. I tried to groupinstall using yum. But yum does not seems to be working. So I was hoping to install GUI based package manager by which I can install all the packages for the particular software.
Can someone please help me with how to install GUI based based package manager on console based linux?

Thanks a lot in advance.

if it is only running a cli interface, then you can't use a GUI based package manager. Unless you mean an ncurses version, but I can't find any on google, so I don't think there is one. my guess is that Virtual machine (is that the name of the program, or are you just stating it as one?) needs xorg to be able to run and all those dependencies are the xorg files.
