Grub problem

Hello, i have uninstalled Linux from my Laptop
when i restart my laptop a message appears in the screen with the command GRUB, like this:
GRUB>
i have no acces to Windows, i cant reinstalled linux no more because it sends me a partition error
Do you know the command in Grub to boot as Windows
When i launch : Grub> boot, it reponds the kernel is not loaded.

if you have a windows boot floppy, boot from it and run the command

fdisk /mbr
