GRUB Bootloader Fails To Load After Fedora Core 5 Installation

I have two seperate hard drives in this machine.

On one, I have Microsoft Windows XP Professional, and the other, Fedora Core 5.

I installed the GRUB bootloader to the MBR and when installation was complete, and I rebooted my machine, GRUB failed to load and it just went on to load Windows.

I placed the installation CD #1 of Fedora Core 5 back in and tried to repair the bootloader. Not knowing what I was doing honestly, I made a few minor changes and I recieved this error message:

"No Kernel Packages are installed. Your Boot Loader Configuration would not be changed".

So I have Fedora Core 5 installed on my machine, I just can't use it because the bootloader won't load.

I don't have a working floppy disk drive, either. So any floppy startup disks are out of the question.

Can someone please help me? Thanks.
