Grub Boot From CD

I have a dell inspiron 1420 which I just set up with ubuntu and xp.

One thing that I would like to have is an option in grub to boot from a cd, is that possible to have?

I think the easier way to do this is just put the CD in the drive, call up Dell's builtin boot menu (F12 on my Latitude) and choose boot from CD. I assume you want to boot a LiveCD instead of the HDD or use the LiveCD to rescue an installed system.

I know, it happens to me too. Just keep tapping F12 as the computer boots and the menu will come up.
