Can anyone help me with this...
I am using my Gnome 2.4. if i want to logout, i click the logout button...there is not respone.... i have to press CTRl alt and ESC..... how can i get the logout button works??
hkstandard; ? is this via gui ? if so that window "gnome display manager"
has on the upper left corner titles: session lanuage system, click on system will give options restart,shutdown ,some thing else no recall sorry,
but clicking on restart or shutdown will do what it said your choice . rethought session may have option to login/out. try them be not afraid will
not crash as w does, that is the beauty of linux almost crash proof.
You are right... is in the GUI ...
The thing is, the restart button are fine...just the logout button never work..... it will stay as it is.... what can i do?
hkstandard;after login , u r presented with the Panel which has about 7 icons,those will give u different choices one of them is the control center.
from there u will be able to config things relating to gnome. reference of x
is when making choices of apps, commands,config,s; menu presented with
choice boxes where u will have x or check off to choose that particular chioce to be enabled.
