Ok I have Fedora 5, I have GAIM that came with it, and when I try logging into my account which worked before then stopped it says this( See below)
also when I log into a brand new hotmail account it has NO errors, just my regular account any ideas?

Same problem here. It crashes on loading the ICQ protocoll. MSN and Yahoo are ok though. Suddenly this bug comes up and lots of people complain of it

Ok I found a temporary solution: Enter ~/.gaim, backup all your logs, icons, etc. somewhere, and remove the complete .gaim directory. You'll just need to add the accounts again, and restore the options and plugin settings.

It's not the fastest way, but it works
