Firefox crashing from certain events

Hi, I have had this problem for a couple of weeks now, right around the time I upgraded to 2.0.0.5 I think. Firefox crashes from certain events... these are the ones I've noticed:

-When another program that needs the internet opens (i.e. Pidgin, Thunderbird)
-When another firefox window opens (i.e. the "Click here to find similar threads" on this page)

It just shuts down very fast, no feedback window, nothing. When I open it through a terminal it won't happen.

Here are a few specs about my box:
-Slackware 12.0
-Dropline Gnome v. 2.18
-Beryl 0.2.1
-KDE 3.5.7
-2.6.21.1 Kernel
-Firefox v. 2.0.0.5

Any ideas what could cause this?

Thanks,
--David

Have you opened Firefox from a term and left it opened until it crashed? Then you can read in the term what happened.

It finally crashed while i ran it in term... this is the error:

Code:
/usr/lib/firefox/firefox-bin: symbol lookup error:
 /home/david/.mozilla/firefox/uc1hnfb0.default/extensions/{463F6CA5-EE3C-4be1-B7E6-7FEE11953374}/components/FoxyTunes.dll:

undefined symbol: NS_Alloc
So I guess it is from Foxytunes... Guess I'll have to disable it and wait for an update past this one.

Maybe go to the Mozilla site (or forum or wherever) and search, if nothing found, place a bug report.
