Fedora 4 fstab

I'm having trouble getting my drives to mount properly in FC 4. Here is my fstab:

# This file is edited by fstab-sync - see 'man fstab-sync' for details
/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol00 / ext3 defaults 1 1
LABEL=/boot /boot ext3 defaults 1 2
/dev/devpts /dev/pts devpts gid=5,mode=620 0 0
/dev/shm /dev/shm tmpfs defaults 0 0
/dev/proc /proc proc defaults 0 0
/dev/sys /sys sysfs defaults 0 0
/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol01 swap swap defaults 0 0
/dev/fd0 /media/floppy auto pamconsole,exec,noauto,managed 0 0
/dev/hdc /media/cdrecorder auto pamconsole,exec,noauto,managed 0 0

Does anybody see anything wrong? I used automatic partitioning. When I try to access a drive as either root or a user it says the drive is already mounted on / and mount failed.

Hi.

Which disk partition are you trying to access, and what command / action are you using to access it?

I can't access either the root directory or the VolGroup00 thru the desktop icons.

Looks ok to me.
Does FC4 start without errors?
/(root) should already be mounted at boot up. What are you trying to accomplish?

In linux there are not any seperate drives like c: or d: etc. Everything falls under /.
