Exact Copy Audio Music CD Help Requested

Can someone please suggest how to make an exact copy (bit for bit) of a purchased audio CD with CD-Text support. I tried using GCDMaster and it messed up the tail end of the last track with varying speed of the song. I also tried several different linux cd burning applications (eroaster, k3b, gcombust, gnome-toaster, xcdroast, etc) and one of them did not record the CDtext (I forget which one that one was). I was able to rip and encode with Grip, but grip doesn't write (I sure wish Grip would add writing capabilities) and I don't think it recorded the CDText. I wrote my last audio cd that Grip encoded and ripped with dbpoweramp in windoze, and it cuts off the last few seconds of the last track and has a pop at the end.

BTW, Grip is supposed to be the closest thing to Exact Audio Copy (EAC) in windows so it only seems fitting that writing should be added. I had some trouble and couldn't get some of the above applications to work like eroaster and gcombust. Further, I even tried different versions of cdrecord.

Which linux (or God forbid windows) program is best for making an exact copy of an audio CD with CDtext? Or is it better to just use the command line? If so, what commands should I use?
JFI, I tried Roxio and dbpoweramp on Winblows, and they didn't do any better.

I know this won't help you for linux, but you may still be able to find a program called CloneCD. They got a bunch of lawsuits filed on them and had to shut down, but their program copies data/audio CD's perfectly... for backup purposes, of course.
