make an exact copy of Fedora from 1 PC to another

Hi,

I have 2 computers called X and Y.

X has:
Network Card
10 Gig drive
Red Hat Fedora Core 2 installed,
with ext3, swap and proc file systems
with a ton of customized scripts and environment settings

Y has
Network card
20 Gig drive, which is blank

Assuming that:
X = has the source hard disk
Y = has the destination hard disk

How can I make a (disk) copy from X to Y?
I want to avoid re-creating the same partitions on Y.
Will the disk copy create the same partitions for me?

I understand that Y has extra space which will remain unused.

Thanks.
