Question errors in init!!!


hi,all
i am making my mini linux.i have compiled the kernel,copy the filesystem(only the files used),and init files(inittab,fstab,rc*.d).
now i can load kernel.when do the rc*.d,failed instead of ok. and say
"commond not find . Id "3" too fast,.. 5 minutes."
why?? i do copy the rc* !!
who can help me?

I'm not exactly sure what your trying to do, or what it is that you've done, but you seem to be doing something like Linux From Scratch perhaps?
Have you read the LFS documentation?
