epson does not print using FreeBSD 5.3 Beta 7
When I try to send an print test to the spooler "lptest | lpr" my computer does communicate with the printer and makes a noise for 3 seconds as it is going to print, but then it doesn't print. I get the same problem with CUPS but I'd rather use BSD's printing system rather than CUPS. I'm using an Epson Stylus Photo 870.
