Enter grub> after reboot


Hi

I have strange issue using Centos 5.4 on few machines (with and without Adaptec raid card)
after few reboots (not something consistent) machine boot into Grub>
if doing reboot again, it will boot again normaly

Sounds like a drive or array is not initializing? Drive health issue?
