Duplicate Image Dector Program

I am looking for a duplicate image detector program, but not something that is simple and just checks their size and md5sum values. I was hoping for something that would check for jpeg compressed copy variation, resized pictures, and even the same picture saved in two different formats.

Can anyone recommend a program for linux that can do these things?

You can use the ImageMagick compare command to determine the level of difference between images.

Dude, I use ImageMagick libraries all the time in programming. That is cool.

I use GQView. It's mainly an image browser, but it also has a tool for finding duplicate images. It can compare by checksum if you only want exact file duplicates; it can also check by similarity.
