Dreamweaver-like Software

I am looking for software similar to dreamweaver, where I can develop my web sites, and what not, and have a site profile defined, so that when i save the file, it will automatically upload to the web server, without me having to FTP it or anything like that.

Any ideas on any software out there that might have something like that?

Quanta and Bluefish are also good options, althogh, they are crafted for the more experienced developers.

nvu is a great open source solution for linux but I don't know (and I don't think,since I've downloaded it yesterday) if it handles frames and layers as good as dreamweaver, or even if it does at all.

Maybe You should search what is the latest dreamweaver version that can run under linux with wine or crossover office.
