Doub about `net time set` and daylight saving time

Morning

Here in my country the daylight saving time started last weekend, and as result my winbind+samba auth wasn't working.
When I hit a 'net time set', the hour returned correctly, but the minutes were 6-7 ahead.
I checked all servers, and all of them had their time right.

That i didn't understand!!
