Derivative OpenCD Error

I'm trying to generate a derivative version of the OpenCD (by adding OpenOffice 2 Beta). I have followed the procedure for adding software found here:

http://theopencd.softver.org.mk/disctree/

When I make the new disc and put it into a Windows XP computer, I see the splash screen but then receive the error: "The specified file can't be found"

Has anyone out there successfully built a derivative OpenCD or seen this error?
