Angry Dear Experts!

I want to create a big list with CRUNCH in backtrack 5.

For Example
./crunch 5 15 -f charset.lst mixalpha-numeric -o wordlist.txt

Problem:- is that I can' create it, problem of having not enough space

Question. How to do anything to make such a big lists ?

Thanks.

Files need space, in memory and/or on disk. If the needed space isn't available on your system then you are out of luck.

You can expand the needed space by adding a (external) harddisk.

BTW: The file(s) you are trying to create can become huge (several terabytes)! (wordlist generator !)

assuming several terabytes

purchase/aquire several terabyte+ drives and use LVM or equivalent to make one big volume

in short
add space.................
