dassault draftsight CAD mouse lag latency issues

Hello; I was using the Dassault Draftsight CAD software 32 bit version with zero issues. This is the perfect substitution for using autoCAD. It "sees" and can create DWG files perfectly. Dassault Systems then stopped offering the 32 bit version and I had to try using the 64 bit version. Pretty everyone has complained that the mouse lags on the field when using the 64 bit version. I gave up trying to fix it a while ago, and have not seen a solution for it posted since 2016. Has there been a fix for this? Did Dassault systems fixed it and issued a new revisions with no issues? Thanks in advance.
