Darwin Streaming Server urgent help please

Hi all .. I recently installed Darwin streaming Server 5.5.4 succesfully .. but I have two problems:
1. I can only stream sample Video files when I put other files to stream .. it doesnt connect
2. When I make a playlist & I start playing it I see this message "An error occurred while starting or stopping your playlist. " ..
does any1 can help or tell me if thier is a forum or any help for Darwin Streaming server .. thanks.

I'm going to report this to be moved to (software, maybe?). The server forum is more for conventional file servers--this seems a bit different.
