console apps not show properly

Since I have no idea how to describe this, here are some photos:

(sorry about the inconvenience with the non-links, I don't have 5 post)

I use the default8x16 console font. Is there any other information I should give?
Does anyone have any idea what's causing this?

Yes, I have. I tried several fonts, in different size (8, 14, 16) non of them seem to help.
