Compiling glibc-2.3.5 or glibc 2.3.5-r1 on Gentoo fails

When I do
Code:
emerge glibc
, I get the following error:

Code:
make[2]: *** [/var/tmp/portage/glibc-2.3.5-r1/work/build-default-i686-pc-linux-gnu-linuxthreads/libio/tst-atime.out] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/var/tmp/portage/glibc-2.3.5-r1/work/glibc-2.3.5/libio'
make[1]: *** [libio/tests] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/var/tmp/portage/glibc-2.3.5-r1/work/glibc-2.3.5'
make: *** [check] Error 2

!!! ERROR: sys-libs/glibc-2.3.5-r1 failed.
!!! Function toolchain-glibc_src_test, Line 246, Exitcode 2
!!! linuxthreads glibc did not pass make check
!!! If you need support, post the topmost build error, NOT this status message.
It gives the same message when I try to emerge glibc-2.3.5.

Nope

Nope, not running hardened. Just reg'lar old Gentoo.
EDIT: This exact bug is on bugzilla, and they tell me it's fixed in 2.3.5, though not in 2.3.5-r1. Checking now...
EDIT: glibc 2.3.5 compiles perfectly fine. All systems go, and thanks.
