cms problems - typo3, and others

hi!

i searched hours now for a cms ..
i need a very simple one with an admin account and several user accounts which have access to sections specified by the admin.

well.. as is said- is there such a cms out there not as big and complex as typo3 is?

what i need is something like holacms (holacms.de). graphic should be simple to non-existent.. no bloated stuff like ez publish or others..

Mambo is what I consider bloated (difficult to have "simple" layouts - Yep! I used the layout generator ..) - already tested it. phpWebsite would fit, but I decided against that one ... dunno maybe because of the ACP ...

Now I'm writing same greater hacks for holacms. I need that damn user management ..

Drupal? I'll have a look ...

Thank you!
