Exclamation CLI boot

So I was trying to install the NVIDIA drivers on Fedora Core 3, turns out there's something that conflicts with it. I was ignoring it, but now it won't boot. I have inittab set at 5, but it hangs when it starts trying to boot. I need to get to a CLI so I can disable the changes I made. I don't know how to do this! Do I type something in on GRUB or what? HELP! THanks guys
