I did an installation of centos 6.3 (minimal). I need to install libmcrypt-devel (or something along those lines) in order to build hiphop but I can't find the package. Where is it hiding?
Code:
# yum repolist
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, presto
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
* base: centos-mirror.hostdime.com.br
* extras: centos-mirror.hostdime.com.br
* updates: centos-mirror.hostdime.com.br
repo id repo name status
base CentOS-6 - Base 6.346
extras CentOS-6 - Extras 4
updates CentOS-6 - Updates 123
repolist: 6.473
As a matter of fact, after adding the repo, when I tried to install libmcrypt-devel it requested for files that weren't in the repo or its mirrors. I had to manually browse into one of them and there were the files only with a different version so I installed them "by hand" (through rpm) using the newer version that was listed in the repo.
