Cedega


Hi people... i'am trying to play games with cedega but i have a problem

[marco@a81-84-34-193 marco]$ cedega /home/marco/TransGaming_Drive/Program\ Files/Max\ Payne\ Demo/MaxPayneDemo.exe
/usr/lib/transgaming_cedega//winex/bin/wine: can't exec '"/home/marco/TransGaming_Drive/Program Files/Max Payne Demo/MaxPayneDemo.exe"': error=21
[marco@a81-84-34-193 marco]$ /usr/lib/transgaming_cedega//winex/bin/wine
/usr/lib/transgaming_cedega//winex/bin/wine: error while loading shared libraries: libntdll.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

You need libntdll.so.......
Search for it on your system, and place the directory its located in into the file /etc/ld.so.conf, then as root run ldconfig.

thanks... libntdll is now ok...

but..

[root@a81-84-34-193 root]# /usr/lib/transgaming_cedega//winex/bin/wine
/usr/lib/transgaming_cedega//winex/bin/wine: error while loading shared libraries: libwine_port.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

[root@a81-84-34-193 etc]# whereis libwine_port
libwine_port: /etc/libwine_port.so

Looks like you have a messed up install. I'd ask TransGaming support if I were you.

marco_F: and HOW did you solved?!?! you forgot to write, cause i have the same problem...... libntdll.so (with carma2)
