Unhappy can't load linux from cd

I downloaded rh7.3 and put them on cd-r. When I tried to boot from disk 1, it does not reconize the disk. I used nero to burn in the iso mode. What did I do wrong. How do I make the cd bootable. Also tried to make a boot.img to a floppy and the file is to large for the floppy. Any help would be great.
thanks David

Did you check the MD5 hashes of the ISO images before burning them onto CD-Rs?

As a last resort, poke around on the RedHat CD-ROM you burned, there should be bootable floppy images there, as well as instructions on how to create these floppies (even from Windoze/DOS). However, if your ISO images were corrupted (i.e. MD5 hashes don't match), then this won't help at all...
