What is the site?
Do you know what port it uses for ftp?

it will not connect with http, and does not return a ping.

whois finds it.

well after searching more on google i found how to connect to a port different or other than 21 and here is how:
Code:
ftp -i -n 93.125.8.81 2121
you can do it without -n and -i
result:
Code:
Connected to 93.125.8.81 (93.125.8.81).
220 (vsFTPd 2.3.4)
ftp>
after that type
Code:
user
and you get :
Code:
(username)
and after typing in the username you get to type the password
