btsco Failed SDP server Failed RFCOMM

Hi,

I'm trying to use my Saitek CN532 Headset (Stereo Bluetooth), on my Gentoo2006.1 x86 computer.

For this i followed these 2 howto's:

Gentoo BT Headset Howto

And this howto, for auto detection of the headset:

auto detection howto

Now when following the first howto, everything works great, namingly:

Starting the headset script results in: OK!
Starting Bluetooth results in: OK!
The compilation progress of both btsco & btsco-kernel went: OK!

My only problem now, i think is: RFCOMM. Why do I think so? Because of this error when issueing: btsco -v 00:09D:70:4E:66

I get:

Code:
tux diem # btsco -v 00:09:DD:70:4E:66
btsco v0.41
Device is 1:0
Error: Failed to connect to SDP server: Connection timed out
Assuming channel 2

Voice setting: 0x0060
Can't connect RFCOMM channel: Device or resource busy
Searching it is succesfull when I put it in pairing mode:

Code:
tux diem # hcitool inq
Inquiring ...

        00:09:DD:70:4E:66 clock offset: 0x1116 class: 0x240404
tux diem # hcitool scan

        00:09:DD:70:4E:66 Stereo Headset
I can't get the thing too work. Anyone any idea's?
