I've been looking without success for an app or script that can convert a largish framed html reference manual for a GUI toolkit to a single non-framed HTML page with a hyperlinking table of contents at the top. The left frame has a javascript navigation tree. I need to be able to link to particular sections but can't do that because of the frame.
It looks like wget might get me part of what I want, but not everything.

Thought I'd ask here before I dive into writing my own solution.
