Amarok cannot display characters correctly

Hello,

I have just done an update of a lot of softwares in Mepis Linux. Everything seems to be OK except that now Amarok cannot display characters like "é" and "è". Before the update it displayed the characters with no problem. Any way I can fix this?

Either you need to mount the partitions in utf8 mode for that language, or have amarok/kde compiled with utf8. It is a localization issue.
