add software in a 50MB iso

hi all, i tried to add some software via WinISo on a damn small linux iso image and then burnt it on a 700 MB cd.

The CD had the boot flag, so it started at boot, but isolinux recognized that the checksum was'nt good anymore.

Are there any keys to press during boot time to prevent isolinux from reading the checksum from the cd?

Please note this is a general question, not only dsl related
bye

i've read something about using UltraISO v7.5.5 or above, but i can't see how this win program could change the checksum information in isolinux. Any hint?
bye
