I have 30 GB Seagate Harddisk(IDE) First i have installed Windows Me on it then i have installed Redhat 7.0 on it when i reboot after installation redhat stop responding on LILO prompt
only redhat shows "LI" then stops does any one know how i installed both windows and redhat on 30GB harddisk i have done the same job on 8 GB harddisk thats working fine. note when i only installed linux on 30GB Harddisk then its working fine but in dual boot with windows on 30GB harddisk redhat linux is not working please help me

making sure you've got

lba32
and not
linear

listed in your lillo.conf might help. I've found that the presence and lack of those two tags has solved various problems
