Exclamation [Linux Mint 20] DirSync Pro Doesn't Load

It worked perfectly back in 18.3, but after I updated, when running it in a terminal, it just prints out a bunch of program info and stops. The main GUI window never opens.
Code:
DirSync Pro 1.53
DirSync Pro is designed and developed by O. Givi.
DirSync Pro is based on DirSync (Directory Synchronize) by E. Gerber and F. Gerbig.

I would check if there is anything in the log. Perhaps there is a way to generate verbose output, e.g. with the -verbose option of java.

Then, since no forum exists specifically for Dirsync Pro, I would simply submit a bug.

You could also try the unstable release 1.54b1.

Ok, when Java says, "verbose," it means VERBOSE. XD

All I noticed as I skimmed the log is that there are a few places near the end that included a "Shutdown" command -- but the program doesn't stop on its own, I have to press Ctrl+C.

Hmm, I guess the verbose log is not too helpful.

Another thought: The update might have broken something in Java. Reinstall Java.

If that doesn't help, just file a bug. After all, this program is supposed to work on Linux without any installation, and the only prerequisite is Java 1.7 or newer.
