outlook is a mail client, not a server. So there are no mail servers like outlook.
If your organisation doesn't use pop or imap, then how are you supposed to configure a client to use it?? if you mean they prefer exchange, then why not connect to exchange normally? plenty of results out there for this -https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=evolution+exchange but if pop3/imap is available, then it's pretty trivial, just enter the names of the servers running the services you want to use in the preferences along with your user credentials.
